Poetic contrast
Designer and Art Director Jan Plecháč applied the traditional method of the “pebbles” cut but in a non-traditional way. While most Moser vases are fully adorned, only part of the Dotty vase is so refined. Thus, he created a unique effect that draws people closer to the cutters’ work in comparison with the element of untouched crystal.
The vase goes well with all kinds of flowers. The crystal bottom piece reveals the stems, while the cut section is a play between the light and the flower petals’ colour. The Dotty vase comes in three colours: light pink, purple, and earthy, smoky green from the new Moser portfolio.

The designer and current Art Director of Moser studied architecture at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague. He’s won several international and domestic awards for his work and signed his name under world-class projects.
