Few words from the author: "A veil of centennial history is slowly beginning to reveal, and we can follow again its evolution from the beginning. Decked out with lace, it feels self-confident to be more than the others, but it’s only an illusion. I’m constantly counting but the sum just doesn't add up. Just as quickly, as the years run away, it seems almost unbelievable that it's over. I watch carefully and try to remember, but why? If I still have it beside me."

The secrets of work by hand

Crystal with tradition from 1857

Each and every Moser art piece requires hours, days, weeks and often months of hand processing in the hands of our master glassmakers. The secrets of glassmaking are traditionally passed down from generation to generation. Becoming a master glassmaker requires years of practice, a great deal of talent and considerable strength: – the glassmaker must hold vases or bowls weighing tens of kilograms while they work.
