Visit the Moser glassworks

Come and discover the mysterious world of glass hand manufacture accompanied by our professional guide. You will learn more about mouth blowing into moulds and product hand shaping. The guided tours take place Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays the glassworks is closed.

Due to the work schedule at the glassworks, the tours start at 9:00, 10:15, 10:45, 11:30, 12:30 am and 1 pm. The maximum number of glassworks visitors per group is 50 persons. The guided tours in Czech, English, German and Russian languages can be booked with the Moser customer service at the toll-free telephone number 800 166 737 or at +420 353 449 455. You can also fax your order at the number +420 353 449 619 or send it at the email address: customerservice@moser-glass.com. The glassworks tour lasts approx. 40 minutes and the fee is CZK 90 per person. Students pay CZK 45. A group of less than 3 people pays CZK 300. The entry fee is payable in cash at the guide in the museum before the tour starts. The glassworks tours start in the museum.

During collection holidays from July 21st till August 3rd, 2008 glassworks tours are not available.

In the summer 2008 a brand new glass museum will be opened. More information about new admission fees in to the glassworks and new opening hours will be provided by the customer service at +420 353 416 242.

How can you get to the glassworks?

By the city bus No. 1 or 22 from the bus stop Tržnice (Market hall) in the city centre to the bus stop Sklářská. Six stops in total, the bus ride takes approx. 12 minutes.
