Excursion times and number of visitors

  • Due to the work schedule at the glassworks, the tours start every 30 minutes from 9:00 am till 2:30 pm.
  • The maximum number of glassworks visitors per group is 50 persons.
  • The VIP tour is only conducted on weekdays from 9 a.m to 1 p.m. and the maximum number in a group is 15 persons, minimum 2.

For every visit to the Jan Becher Museum, the Moser Museum and Glassworks and the Thun Porcelain Factory you will get a stamp. When you collect 3 stamps you will receive a free gift.

The glass and porcelain tradition is inseparably connected with the Carlsbad region as well as the production of famous herb liqueur. Be impressed by hand made production and smell of herbs and experience the secret of their manufacturing. You can expect this everything during the excursions at Jan Becher Museum, Moser glassworks and Thun porcelain manufactory.

How to get to the Moser glassworks?

  • By the city bus No. 1,2 or 22 from the bus stop Tržnice (Market hall) in the city centre to the bus stop Sklářská Glassworks'). Six stops in total, the bus ride takes approx. 12 minutes.
