Factory Tour of the Moser glassworks in Karlovy Vary

Watch perfect hand manufacturing of products. Learn about their top quality and a unique talent of master glassmakers. The magic atmosphere when products are blown and shaped, the typical fragrance of burnt-out wooden moulds and the beauty of glowing mass will certainly be a strong experience, which can be finished by shopping in our factory retail store!

Small present to every ticket

  • To every ticket you will get a discount voucher for 100 CZK. If you buy goods for more than 1000 CZK in factory retail store in Karlovy Vary and show this voucher, the discount will be deducted.

Excursion times and number of visitors

  • Due to the work schedule at the glassworks, the tours start every 30 minutes from 9:00 am till 2:30 pm.
  • The maximum number of glassworks visitors per group is 50 persons.

  • The guided tours in Czech, English, German and Russian languages can be booked with the Moser Glass Museum at the number +420 353 416 132 (Mo - Sun: 9 am – 5 pm.

Mon-Sun: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. (10:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. glassworks' break), 22.6.2012 closed

Christmas holidays: 24.12. and 31.12. open from 9 a.m. till 2 p.m., 25.12.2012 and 1.1.2013 closed, 26.12.2012 open from 10 a.m. till 5 p.m.
Glassworks

Mon-Sun: 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Note: In case of tropical temperatures the last guided tour at 1:00 p.m.

During factory holidays July 21 – August 5, 2012 and December 27 - 31, 2012 Glassworks tours are not available.
Shop

Mon-Sun: 9 a.m.-6 p.m.

How to get to the Moser glassworks?

  • By the city bus No. 1,2, 10 or 22 from the bus stop Tržnice (Market hall) in the city centre to the bus stop Sklářská Glassworks'). Six stops in total, the bus ride takes approx. 12 minutes.
