If there is a bubble in the glass, do I have the right to return it?

Air bubbles are a natural part of handmade glass production. They’re evidence of the lively smelting process, which ended the moment the final product took shape, leaving that bubble trapped in time forever. It’s unique, original, and unrepeatable. A part of the glassmaker’s soul who brought the piece to life is preserved inside it.

A small bubble isn’t a reason for returning the item. However, we always strive to accommodate our clients, which is why our customer service will offer to exchange the product or provide another solution if you are unsatisfied.
