Does damage often occur during transport?

Not at all. That’s because we cooperate with time-proven delivery providers and carefully wrap every package ourselves. Only 0.2% of packages are damaged, which results in only a few cases every year. But should such an unpleasant scenario ever arise, we’ll ensure it’s rectified as soon as possible.
