The drinking suite Pharaoh belongs to the most original designs of modern drinking glass. The designer combined modern design with the timeless philosophy of ancient Egypt. Pharaoh, the ruler of the Ancient Egypt, is shown in the square-footed goblet-shape with a pyramid placed in the upper part of the stem. The set is decorated with a wide gold and platinum band with fundamental symbols of the Ancient Egypt. The mouth-blown goblets and the pyramid and cone formations in the stem represent the quality of the Moser glassmakers' handicraft in the glassworks. The set won the Excellent Design Prize in 1996, awarded by the Design Centre of the Czech Republic.
